We met up with the parcel post office team and discussed the possibilities. This led us to building an online email notification system for parcel deliveries in Gibraltar. The back end of the system is directly integrated in the parcel processing and notifies clients automatically when an item arrives for them. It allows for online payment too. The system and site has been a great success with thousands of users in a short space of time.
